CANCELLATION POLICY | all booked appointments MUST be canceled 48 hours in advance. Any appointments canceled after this time frame will be charged 75% of the initial service fee. Same day cancellations are charged 100% of the initial service. NO-SHOW POLICY | Communication goes a long way, it’s understandable things come up last minute and simply communicating and rescheduling can save us both the hassle. Please respect my time the way I respect your appointment time. No-shows are charged 100% of the initial service fee. REFUNDS | no refunds for services already given however if unsatisfied with your service please contact me so we can work out a solution.
